Delivery info
Shipping costs will be added to your order. These will be displayed when updating your country of destination during the checkout process.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and country. There are different shipping rates, for national (Spain), International (Europe) and International (overseas) orders. Likewise, the rates are classified between 0-100gr., 100-250gr., 250-50gr., 500gr.-750gr., 750gr-1Kg., 1Kg.-1.5 Kg., 1.5Kg.-2Kg ... and so on. As a guide, a shirt weighs about 250 gr., a mug 400 gr., a sweater 300 gr., a poster 300 gr...
Vandals on Holidays aims to deliver your order as fast as possible. We will deliver the ordered product(s) to the shipping address provided. As a result, please verify the accuracy of the shipping address. Any costs for reshipment due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient will be your responsibility.
All orders will be shipped using certified mail. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Shipping costs are based on weight and country.

How long will it take to get my order?
Time depends on where you are.
Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
We do not have all the train mugs in stock. This means, that some designs are printed once the order is received. In this case, it may take a few days to be shipped, but always with the aim of having it ready as quick as possible. Same goes with some DTG tshirts.
Spanish and Portuguese orders, are delivered in 1-3 working days.European orders, within a week and overseas orders over 2 weeks.

Can I place an order to delivery tomorrow?
Subject to stock availability orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, 9am – 14pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Within these hours, we can offer a scheduled next working day delivery (Spain-Portugal only).
If your order is urgently required then please contact us. This will allow us to prioritize your order if we need to.
My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
First of all, be patient. Each order is backed by a tracking number. Shipping times are estimated and courier routes may be affected for reasons unknown to us.
Spanish and Portuguese orders, are delivered in one to four working days. European orders, within two week and overseas orders over three weeks. If you don’t receive your order in this time then please track your parcel using your tracking link, it is possible that your order is being held at your nearest post office, awaiting collection.
Keep in mind that your order may arrive in multiple packages. For example mugs or posters that have a particular size and cannot be packed in a single package. Thus, as we have said above, we do not know the routes of the courier, and it may happen that one package arrives separately before the other.

We’re really quick at packing your order up which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.
However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Iron marks on my T-shirt
It is possible that when you receive your shirt, you notice that it smells a little strange, or that it has some residue. This is completely normal, and is due to the printing process of the design. Marks will disappear with a first wash in cold water and air drying.
In direct printing (DTG), a treatment is applied to the fabric before placing it in the printer to achieve that the design is integrated into the fibers of the garment.
Taking care of my T-shirt
T-shirts are 100% cotton so it’s necessary to take care of them in order to keep the quality of the cotton fiber and the print.
We take care of the printing quality of all the t-shirts that come out of our workshop to the smallest detail, but for the printing to be as durable as possible it is important to know how to wash your garments.
Here are our washing tips:
1. Sort t-shirts by fabrics and by colors: it is important to separate the dark colors from the light ones.
2. Wash the T-shirts inside out, so that the print does not rub against the washing machine drum.
3. Wash in cold water: no more than 30ºC.
4. Do not use bleach or abrasive soaps and if you can avoid using fabric softeners.
5. Do not dry clean.
When it comes to drying and ironing it is also important to keep a few things in mind for the durability of the garment:
• Do not tumble dry and always hang the shirts upside down.
• Do not wring the shirts or dry them on the radiator.
• Always iron inside out at a maximum of 110ºC and avoid using steam. Do not iron the printed area.
• Hanging out your clothes as soon as you finish the washing machine will facilitate ironing.
Both screen printing and digital printing are high quality printing techniques, and with due care, your garments will last for years and years.

We take great care to clarify your requests perfectly to limit errors, but we are humans and Mr. Murphy appears sometimes.
If you detect any type of error in your order, do not hesitate to contact us and we will resolve it as soon as possible. We are here to help you!
If even so, a mistake is made in terms of model, quantity, color, design... we will correct the order in the shortest possible time.
In case of a defect of origin in the products purchased, we will act as established in the regulations on the guarantee of consumer goods, proceeding to replace, repair, lower the price or resolve as appropriate.
If the incident has to do with the carrier, total or partial loss of the merchandise, all shipments are insured and we repeat them at the carrier's expense after a reasonable waiting period in case the lost item is found.
When, unfortunately, an error occurs attributable to any of the intervening parties, our reaction is always serious, fast and professional. In the same way, we would appreciate that customers behave with cordiality and goodwill.
How secure are my personal details?
Vandals on Holidays value your privacy & confidentiality. Under no circumstances we will share our buyer’s information with a third part without prior consent.
How secure is my data when paying online?
The credit card data encryption is insured by SystemPay, the banking software used on online retail sites. Concerning the payments made via Paypal (with or without a Paypal account), this is just the most secure and the most used payment platform in the world, with more than 220 million accounts worldwide.
